Delete your World Perfumes account from account settings inside the app. Request a verification code, enter it and confirm permanent deletion. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account.
After verification and confirmation, account access is blocked and identifying profile data, account addresses, devices, favorites, occasions, reviews and verification codes are removed. An anonymous account marker remains; order items and amounts are kept without identifying you. Active orders retain delivery details only until delivery, cancellation or return, after which those details are erased.

Deletion is permanent and forfeits your reward balance. It does not automatically cancel pending purchases; contact support to follow up or request cancellation. If you cannot access your phone number, contact support for verification assistance.
